Quick Ramen-like Eggs (Stuff to do with leftover Easter eggs)

Had 8 leftover hard boiled eggs after Easter. Easy way to eat them: just peel and toss quickly through soy sauce, rice vinegar and black pepper. They marinate very quickly, and it even softens the egg yolk a bit.
